Summer Haircut :)

I got my hair chopped off!! The first picture is the most recent one I have that I don't have it pulled back. That has been my style of choice lately because it wouldn't do anything else. It was about an inch longer than that picture shows. Then of course the after picture :) I LOVE IT!!

Graduation Cookout!

There is nothing better than getting friends and family together for a celebration. Here are a few pictures from the cookout we did after the graduation. However, due to extreme heat, everyone pretty much stayed inside.

GRADUATION!!

Dustin is officially a high school graduate!!! A little late posting on here..sorry. He graduated June 12th. Right now he is working at Bojangles and planning to attend
community college soon :)
We are very proud of his accomplishments!!

Here's Ray and the boys waiting for the ceremony to start.

We were WAY UP in the balcony!

He's almost in the center of the stage.

Here is me and the little guys...SMILE!!
Family picture with our graduate!
By time we got out to him he had his robe and everything off.
So Corbin was helping him get everything back on so we could do pictures
This is one of his teacher's.
Mr Stolten
He is also a member of our church in a different area.

It's summer!

Wow! Can't believe it is June already! I haven't posted anything on here in forever! I have tried posting 2 videos in the past but they didn't work :( So then I got frustrated and haven't posted anything since. Because when I do get them to work, then they will be out of order and I don't want them out of order...silly I know!

I'm sitting here this morning just thinking about how in one more day I will have the kids home for the summer. What am I to do?? One thing that will keep them busy is keeping up the garden they planted! Yes, they! One morning I woke up and walked out of my bedroom dorr and the first thing out of Jerrud's mouth was "Mom, I want to plant tomatoes and chrisanthumums! Can we go get some?" Ummmmm.........Alot to process when you first wake up! So the other day we went to wonderful Lowes and bought 6 tomatoe plants ( we love tomatoes) and 2 watermelon plants (which we have never had luck with in the past). Jerrud also picked out 2 kinda cool looking flowers to plant since the ones he wanted were not in season yet. Yesterday we finished planting them and put the weed barrier down and some mulch. Water, water, water and watch them grow. I'll have to go take some pics later to post. Now, I am NOT a green thumb person whatsoever!! I'm hoping they do better than I have in the past! Wish them luck!!

I think I am going to use the summer to get the house organized. I'm trying to plan a huge community yard sale for this summer. I've been thinking of it ever since we moved in. So I figured since nobody else is doing it, I might as well! What I would love to be able to work out is whatever people can't sell that weekend, arrange for a truck from good will to come out and pick up whatever they don't want. I think it would be a great community get to know you service thing to do. We'll see how it goes :) I'll keep you posted!

Well, if you ever want to know anything, come see me on facebook...I'm officially addicted! But for now I need to get housework done. I have a lot to do this week and time is running out! I'll try not to take so long next time!
