We got a lot of color combination's going on too! It's kind of hard to tell in the pics I have so far though. In order of birth: We have a black with white chest and paws. Then an all black. #3 was tan with white markings. Next was a really light tan, almost white, with slightly lighter markings. The 5th one is a golden tan like her mom. Then we got another really light, almost white one. The really light ones are hard to tell apart without them together. #7 is our mini rotti. It's black with a brown muzzle, brown above it's eyes and on it's leg's.
In a few days I will try and get better close up pics of them so the colors can be seen more. So the new puppy thing is exciting for never seeing or doing it before. A little nerve racking! Number 5, or "Cinco" as some are refering to it, we didn't hink was going to make it. It came out breech and struggling to breathe. The cord was bleeding a lot so there was quite a bit of blood loss for such a little thing. We tied that off, suctioned and tipped up and down to help clear the fluid. Mom was here and she massaged it's little chest to keep stimulating it. Gave it mouth to mouth even. Corbin insisted on helping wipe the fluid away as it came out. Dad even gave it a blessing :) All of the kids were watching along with us. After quite some time we finally heard a little squeak out of it. It started breathing better on it's own and making more noise and movement. It was great to hear! We had fed it some formula and by the end of the evening, it was nursing on it's own. Yeah!! So of course everyone (meaning kids) want to keep "Lucky". Hmmmm......
