It's moments like what happened this morning that make me proud to be a mom! Jerrud has had a very heavy backpack the past couple of days. So heavy the poor guy can't hardly lift it, let alone get it over his shoulder. Just about every morning, him and Corbin race out to the bus. It's kind of sweet though because they will usually catch up with each other and wait until they are together to walk onto the bus. This morning they went to race and Jerrud got a little upset because he couldn't run with his heavy bag over his shoulder. So Corbin stopped and turned around. He went behind Jerrud and with one hand holding his own backpack, he used the other hand to help lift Jerrud's so it wouldn't be so heavy for him!! Together they walked the rest of the way to the bus. Jerrud got on first and Corbin was right behind him still helping hold that bag while he's climbing up the bus steps.
I would classify that as a priceless moment!!
